Snakes vs Iguana
The Iguana eyes the hatchling as it flicks its forked tongue. The snake’s eyesight is poor but it can detect movement. If the Iguana keeps his nerve he may be able to avoid detection.
A secondary snake slithers near, ready to strike. When the attack comes, the Iguana, with quick reactions, swiftly sprints away.
Several snakes approach, a dozen more twist around the Iguana trying to trap it in a writhing ball. With all of his might, he breaks free. A King Cobra chases him, desperately needing a meal or it will starve.
Finally, the Iguana leaps to safety. A near miraculous ecscape for the Iguana.
Now he is aware of the snake’s talent, but the snake will be waiting for its next prey.
